Inquiry to Hearing and Specification Review
Please contact us using the enquiry form to let us know what you want.
After confirming the content, we will discuss the specifications with you by email or web conference to hear your detailed requirements. -
Specification Confirmation and Order Placement
Once we have determined the ingredients, capacity and number of orders, we will prepare a quotation for you.
Once you are satisfied with the price and content, we will ask for payment. -
Manufacturing and Testing (Depending on Specifications)
After payment, production and manufacturing will begin. If formulation tests (stability tests) are required, production will start after the test results.

Notification of shipment, inspection and receipt of products
After inspection at the manufacturer, the products are shipped to our partner warehouse. Upon arrival, we conduct a second inspection and notify customers of the product's arrival. Once in stock, the products are managed and stored at the warehouse.

Delivery to Customers
The required quantity is shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer. If required, we will also handle customs clearance on your behalf.
